Cook the @chickpeas{750%g}.

In food processor, combine the @tahini{1%cup} and
@lemon juice{1%cup} and process for ~{1%minute}. Scrape, then process some more.

Add

@olive oil{1 tbsp},
@black cumin oil{1 tbsp},

@garlic{4%clove},
@black cumin seeds{1%tbsp},
@nutritional yeast{1%tbsp},
@msg{1%tsp},
@sesame{1%tbsp},
and
@salt{1%tsp},

grounded:
@cumin{1%tsp},
@sesam{1%tsp},


@protein powder {2%tbsp}

to the whipped tahini and lemon juice. Process for ~{30%seconds}
, scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl, and then process for another
~{30%seconds} or until well blended.

Add half of the chickpeas and mix. Add the remaining chickpeas and process them until thick and relatively
smooth.

To fix the thick hummus, slowly add
@cold water{8-12%tbsp} with the food processor turned on until you
reach the perfect consistency.

Taste and adjust as needed with more salt or lemon.
