1Cook the chickpeas .chickpeas: 750 g

2In food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice and process for ⏱️ 1 minute . Scrape, then process some more.tahini: 1 c, lemon juice: 1 c

4olive oil , black cumin oil ,olive oil: 1 tbsp, black cumin oil: 1 tbsp

5garlic , black cumin seeds , nutritional yeast , msg , sesame , and salt ,garlic: 4 clove, black cumin seeds: 1 tbsp, nutritional yeast: 1 tbsp, msg: 1 tsp, sesame: 1 tbsp, salt: 1 tsp

6grounded: cumin , sesam ,cumin: 1 tsp, sesam: 1 tsp

7protein powderprotein powder: 2 tbsp

8to the whipped tahini and lemon juice. Process for ⏱️ 30 seconds , scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl, and then process for another ⏱️ 30 seconds or until well blended.

9Add half of the chickpeas and mix. Add the remaining chickpeas and process them until thick and relatively smooth.

10To fix the thick hummus, slowly add cold water with the food processor turned on until you reach the perfect consistency.cold water: 8-12 tbsp

11Taste and adjust as needed with more salt or lemon.
